The Co by Dine Leyte CoWorking & Cafe is a project with the aim of having the perfect blend of productivity, creativity, flexibility, and haven for caffeine-fueled inspiration.

The Design approach is to make the space flexible for any function (the work cubicles and long work table can be dismantled to open up the cafe for seminars, etc.), and to have calm and focus friendly environment for a Coworking space by using green walls, calm color scheme, and wood themes.

The Accent Green Wall at the Staircase are real plants with integrated irrigation system. This is the Entrance Focal Point, and enhances the welcome experience in setting up the mood for focus and creativity leading to the Coworking Space.
